Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. This role provides strategic guidance to management, ensures financial stability, and drives profitability by analyzing market trends, company performance, and economic conditions. The Finance Manager will oversee the finance team, maintain compliance, and implement strategies that support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business goals.

Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and investments to ensure operational efficiency.

Conduct financial analysis and prepare timely reports with actionable recommendations.

Evaluate investment opportunities and monitor ROI to maximize company value.

Identify cost-saving measures and optimize capital allocation.

Assess financial risks, implement strong internal controls, and safeguard company assets.

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering high performance and professionalism.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business strategies.

Support business expansion by identifying new revenue streams and leveraging financial technology.

Scope of Responsibilities Includes :

Credit & Collection

Accounts Payable (AP)

Investment Accounting (portfolios, interest, dividends, gains / losses)

ROI analysis, budgeting, financial planning, and performance reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

At least 8 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and corporate finance.

Strong expertise in financial planning, cost control, and profitability improvement.

Proficient in SAP, advanced Excel, and financial data analysis tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Effective business acumen and ability to provide strategic insights.
