Job Description :
The HR Assistant will provide essential support in various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role assists in ensuring smooth HR operations and helps maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and knowledgeable in HR processes, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, and onboarding.
- Support employee relations activities, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and help facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
- Help address workplace concerns through effective conflict resolution.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in daily operations.
Qualifications :
Female, not more than 35 years old.Graduate of a related course (e.g., Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration).At least 2 years of experience handling HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and labor law compliance.Proficient in conflict resolution and performance management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or databases.Currently residing in Metro Manila.
