Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in automotive service or customer service
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency with service management software and tools
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Responsibilities :
Greet customers and assess their service needs
Create detailed service orders and repair estimates
Communicate with technicians to determine repair timelines
Explain recommended services and costs to customers
Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion
Ensure all repairs are completed to company and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of services and transactions
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Promote additional services and maintenance packages
Coordinate with parts department for necessary components
