Machine Technician

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery to ensure it operates efficiently and safely. Key duties include performing routine and preventative maintenance, diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues, and documenting all repair and maintenance activities. Technicians must also interpret technical manuals and blueprints, use various tools, and follow strict safety protocols.

• QUALIFICATIONS;
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certifications or an associate's degree in a related field are often preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience is commonly required, often in a manufacturing or maintenance setting.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting is essential.
