About the Role
Were looking for a results-driven Paid Growth & Community Manager to help scale our brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
Youll take our strongest organic content and amplify it through strategic, data-driven paid campaigns while managing audience engagement across platforms.
This role combines paid media strategy , creative execution , and community management to turn attention into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and Google .
Boost top-performing organic content to expand reach and engagement.
Manage $3,000$5,000 / month ad spend with ROI accountability.
Retarget warm audiences (video viewers, site visitors, engagers) and build lookalike segments.
Develop ad creative variations with strong hooks, headlines, and CTAs.
Monitor and respond to comments and DMs; initiate ManyChat automations.
Qualify leads and manage follow-ups via GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows.
Track and report on key metrics CPL, CTR, ROAS, engagement rates weekly and monthly.
Collaborate with the Content Operations Manager to align campaigns with launches, lead magnets, and live events.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing Meta, Google, and / or YouTube Ads .
Proven success achieving positive ROAS and generating high-quality leads.
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting , and ad funnel strategy .
Strong copywriting instincts for compelling hooks and CTAs.
Hands-on experience with ManyChat and conversational lead funnels.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems.
Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of results.
Must be able to work U.S. hours and communicate fluently in English.
Performance Metrics
Cost per Lead (CPL) : Meets or stays below target.
ROAS : 2× or higher on boosted campaigns.
Engagement : 90%+ response rate on DMs / comments within 24 hours.
Growth : Consistent increase in qualified lead volume month over month.
