Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support

• Provide Level 1 and 2technical supportfor SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing Procurement Contracts Supplier Management etc.)
• Troubleshootand resolve system issues including integration errors configuration problems and user-reported incidents
• Assistin system configurationtesting and deploymentof enhancements or new features
• Supportusertraining and onboarding for SAP Ariba functionalities.

System Configuration & Maintenance

• Configuretemplates fields approval workflow and user groups in SAP Ariba based on business requirements.
• Assistin integration setup andtesting between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA including PO invoice and supplier data flows

Projectand Operational Support

• Collaborate with Procurement Finance and ITteamsto supportBAU operations and projectrollouts
• Participate in design workshops and requirementgathering sessions for configuration and enhancementplanning
• Documentsupportcases resolutions and system changes for auditand knowledge base purposes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules and procurementprocesses.
• Experience in system analysistroubleshooting andtechnical support.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reportingtools (Excel SQL or similar).
• Excellentcommunication and documentation skills.
• Abilityto manage multiple supporttickets and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with incidentmanagementtools (e.g. ServiceNow Jira).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
