SAP S / 4HANA Finance Lead (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP S / 4HANA Finance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in the SAP S / 4HANA FICO module, with a proven track record in leading greenfield implementations. The role involves gathering customer requirements, conducting fit-to-standard workshops, configuring, and designing custom builds, as well as performing testing and providing ongoing support during and after implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the SAP S / 4HANA FICO module implementation, with at least two successful greenfield implementations.

Understand and analyze customer requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP standards.

Conduct fit-to-standard workshops to assess business processes and identify gaps.

Configure and design custom solutions for SAP S / 4HANA Finance module.

Perform functional and system testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Provide support and guidance to customers during UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Oversee the implementation and successful Go-Live of SAP S / 4HANA solutions.

Offer post-Go-Live support to ensure continued system performance and address any issues.

Required Skills and Competencies :

Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA FICO module.

Minimum of 2 successful greenfield SAP S / 4HANA implementations.

Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and customization.

Experience in conducting workshops and gathering business requirements.

Excellent testing skills including functional and system testing.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Proactive in providing post-Go-Live support and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

SAP Certification in FICO (or similar relevant certifications) is a plus.

Proven experience in SAP S / 4HANA Finance modules with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
