Position: Japanese Quality Assurance Manager
Industry: ESL Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 to Php100,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (9AM-6PM)
Work set-up: Work From Home

Requirements:
•Open for Japanese National
•Basic English is okay
•College graduate
•Working in a BPO company will be a Plus

Responsibilities:
•Meeting or collaborating with Filipino staff and the managers in Japan.
•Perform interviews via online and training for potential home-based tutor applicants to equip them with the needed knowledge to provide quality teaching.
•Research and gather data.
•Other tasks may be assigned.
