About the Position : HT IT Consultant (Taguig) | Hybrid

Location : BGC, Taguig

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (with 1 onsite day)

Schedule : Mid-shift

Responsibilities :

  • 1. Project Management
  • Ensure compliance with efficient purchasing procedures, including timely engagement of the purchasing team and maintaining clear communication
  • Lead projects following established Project Management principles, with a focus on IT implementation and coordination between vendors and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define and align technical standards for new projects and enhancements
  • Implement and uphold technical standards aligned with company policies to maximize scalability and ease of maintenance
  • Deliver projects and enhancements on time and successfully, including new functionalities and applications
  • 2. Project Budget Management
  • Develop and monitor project requests as needed
  • Oversee and manage the purchasing process throughout the project lifecycle, including CEOS shopping card setup and payments
  • Provide accurate project budget updates through forecasting processes
  • Ensure project budgets and forecasts are reliable, with timely adjustments or consumption of allocated budgets
  • 3. Technical Documentation
  • Ensure the availability and quality of technical documentation for both vendor and internal development projects
  • Keep internal documentation tools (such as LeanIX) current and accurate
  • 4. Change Management
  • Develop detailed technical concepts for proposed changes
  • Execute changes and offer dedicated hyper-care support during transition periods
  • 5. Knowledge Sharing
  • Promote the sharing and application of lessons learned across teams and Competence Centers
  • Commit to continuous learning and sharing of best practices, including participation in relevant IT events

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant
  • Preferred Technologies : SAP HR / HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Master Data (HR)
  • Modules : LMS (Learning Management Systems)
  • Academic background in Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience with HR-related IT solutions
  • Business knowledge in HR is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong initiative and ability to independently drive projects
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and meet internal stakeholder needs, fostering long-term relationships
  • Business-fluent English skills, both spoken and written
