Overview
Are you ready to take the next step in your mortgage career? Our US-based client is looking for a Post Closer to join their growing mortgage operations team. If you have experience clearing investor purchase conditions and know the ins and outs of the post-closing process, this role is for you! You’ll work with a supportive team, gain valuable exposure to investor delivery requirements, and use your skills in Encompass LOS, document trailing, and collateral handling to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Review closed loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Clear investor purchase conditions quickly and efficiently
- Enter, reconcile, and maintain purchase advice data
- Track and manage trailing documents like final title policies and recorded mortgages
- Coordinate collateral shipping to custodians and investors
- Keep everything organized and up to date in Encompass LOS
- Partner with investors, title companies, and internal teams for smooth transactions
