Staff4Me is a leading technology company seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer (Tier 4) to join our dynamic team. As a Network Engineer (Tier 4), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. You will be a vital part of our network engineering team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Plan and conduct network upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Perform network troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure high network availability and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT infrastructure components.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging network technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements and enhancements to the network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers.
  • Document network designs, configurations, and changes in accordance with company standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for network incidents and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [V] years of experience as a network engineer, with a proven track record of designing and managing complex network solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Need to be detailed oriented
  • Have network experience with the following vendors :
  • Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba / HPE
  • Firmware management experience

    • Nice to have : Ubuntu

  • Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desired.
  • Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies is a plus.
