Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of product management experience within payments, fintech, banking, or related industries. Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Excellent project management skills, including experience developing and executing comprehensive project plans. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Familiarity with prepaid card issuing, payments ecosystems, or Visa programs is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
