Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary commercial leadership for the Oncology business, developing and executing strategies to expand market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading proposals, bids, and commercial negotiations.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the Oncology unit, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure operational delivery of clinical trials and services to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with organisational values and commercial objectives.
• Represent the business at industry events and executive forums, providing thought leadership and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and contribute to overall company strategy.
