Job descriptionBachelor’s / College degree in a related field Proficient in computer applications (MS Office and production management software) Experience working in Plastic Manufacturing Company Experience as a Manager or Supervisory experience. Handson experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and lean manufacturing principles. Preferably residing in Cavite or nearby province. Can start ASAP. Oversee and ensure efficiency and accuracy in the production process Schedule preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal running condition Coordinate with technical staff / engineers for the repair or replacement of machine parts Implement initiatives to achieve team targets in quality, cost, and delivery Manage cost-reduction and continuous improvement programs to lower manufacturing expenses and labor costs Hr Interview Technical Interview Hiring Manager Interview Job offer
