MAIN PURPOSE

OF THE JOB :

Safeguard interests of the Company’s key stakeholders by managing legal risks, ensuring the Company operates in the highest standards of Corporate Governance, Litigation Management and Corporate Documents Preparation

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Litigation Management

• Responsible for management of the Company’s litigation portfolio, which include civil, criminal, labor, and administrative cases.
• Analyzes litigation cases handled by external counsel at key stages to guide management on the proper course / s of action to take.
• Responsible for all requirements and requests of external counsel.
• Ensures that the Company and / or its officials are represented in various legal proceedings.
• Attends to intellectual property, labor and employment, and other requirements of the Company.
