Responsibilities

• Treasury management for private equity funds; negotiate, manage and oversee credit facilities, NAV based financing and subscription based financing
• Manage middle office team for transaction closing including cash management, document review and reconciliation
• Responsibility for and serving as the main point of contact on performance reporting
• Works closely with finance, marketing and investment teams with responsibility for producing : quarterly portfolio and performance information for the investment team
• Implementation of middle office and portfolio analytics systems
• Coordination with investment and finance teams to track and maintain all fund level, and underlying manager in the portfolio analytics database;
• Support with special projects and ad‑hoc requests including investor updates / DDQs / PPM and AGM presentations with portfolio and performance data at the KHP fund and portfolio level
