Sales Admin Associate- 3 yrs Experience

ob Qualification :

Preferred gender : Female

Preferred age range : 28-40

Preferred college degree, alternative : Business Administration or similar, Supply Chain or Logistics Management, Finance

Relevant experience :

3 years experience

Importation of products into the Philippines, preferably animal-related

Logistics management, especially sea freight

Handling commercial documents : invoices, packing lists, billing statements

Responsibilities :

Manage and process sales orders accurately and timely.

Maintain and update customer and sales databases.

Coordinate communication between sales team and clients.

Prepare and distribute sales reports and documentation.

Assist in tracking sales targets and performance metrics.

Support sales team with administrative tasks and scheduling.

Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate sales operations.

Organize sales meetings and prepare meeting materials.

Salary range : PHP 28,000-35,000
