Finance / Admin Specialist (Remote, Full-Time, Night Shift)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM EST

Start date : ASAP

Compensation : ₱30,000 - ₱40,000 / month + performance bonus

As we grow, we’re strengthening our operations with a detail-oriented Admin / Accounting Assistant to keep our finance workflows clean, timely, and audit-ready.

This position involves handling invoicing, payroll, bookkeeping, commission calculations, and report generation. If you love music or play an instrument that’s a plus as we are looking for people passionate about music education!

What You’ll Do :

• Manage invoicing and payroll accurately and on time
• Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial records
• Calculate commissions and reconcile discrepancies
• Generate reports for management review
• Communicate with teachers and staff to resolve payroll or reporting issues

What We’re Looking For

Strong math and logic skills with a good head on your shoulders

Comfortable with routine, repetitive tasks and daily data entry

Detail-oriented, accurate, and a clear logical thinker

Professional, customer / employee-friendly communication style

Enjoys consistency and doesn’t get bored with routine tasks

Bonus : Passion for music or ability to play an instrument

Job Details :

Remote role with strong presence during work hours

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM EST (9 hours with 1-hour break)

Starting pay : ₱30,000 / month

Salary increase : +₱5,000 after 90 days, +₱5,000 after 180 days

Performance-based bonuses available after that

Hiring Process (with Trial Period) :

Paid trial period : 2–6 weeks

Multiple candidates may be in trial at the same time

After trial, best performer will continue in the role

Primary Selection Criteria :

Daily attendance and reliability during required schedule

Ability to learn and follow processes quickly and accurately
