The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Zahela, you will be the frontline of our sales engine. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers at cybersecurity, robotics, and other technology companies, qualifying their needs, and booking meetings for our senior sales team. This is a foundational role with clear paths for growth into closing or leadership positions for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting :  Research and identify key contacts
• Outbound Outreach :  Execute multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate interest and book qualified meetings.
• Qualification :  Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
• CRM Management :  Log all activities, updates, and prospect information accurately.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with marketing and account teams to align outreach with campaigns and client success stories.
• Industry Learning :  Stay updated on trends in cybersecurity, robotics, and B2B marketing to speak credibly with prospects.
