What youll do :

1. Market Strategy & Expansion :

  • Lead the deployment and adoption of the platform in the Philippines, developing localized strategies to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, regulatory requirements, and opportunities unique to the Philippine market.

2. Partnership Development :

  • Build and nurture relationships with local partners, including fintech firms, developers, enterprises, and government stakeholders.

    • 3. Operations & Growth :

  • Oversee business development, marketing, and user acquisition efforts to meet KPIs.
  • Monitor regional performance, optimize campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.

    • 4. Cross-Functional Leadership :

  • Act as the bridge between global teams (Product, Engineering, Economics) and local execution, ensuring alignment with incentives and user needs.
  • Provide feedback to improve scalability and operational efficiency in the Philippines.

    • 5. Regulatory & Compliance :

  • Navigate local regulations (e.g., BSP fintech policies) and ensure compliance while advocating for favorable frameworks.

    • About You :

  • 8+ years in business development, operations, or sales, with a proven track record in the Philippine market.
  • Experience in fintech, blockchain, or decentralized systems is a strong plus.
  • Leadership : Ability to inspire teams and manage cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Adaptability : Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Analytical mindset : Translates data into actionable growth strategies.
