BIM Manager (ArchiCAD)

Our company is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, specifically ArchiCAD 3D. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training staff on the use of ArchiCAD 3D, and ensuring that it is integrated effectively into our organization's workflows. Additionally, the BIM Manager will be responsible for managing technology resources and acting as a liaison between our technical team and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure effective utilization of ArchiCAD 3D software.

2. Provide ongoing technical support to staff, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.

3. Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures for the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

4. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software solutions to support the organization's BIM strategy.

5. Collaborate with the technical team and stakeholders to develop and implement BIM workflows and processes.

6. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to BIM standards and procedures.

7. Manage and maintain technology resources, including hardware and software, to ensure efficient operations.

8. Act as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our organization's BIM strategy.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in BIM management, including experience with ArchiCAD 3D.

3. Experience developing and implementing BIM standards and procedures.

4. Strong understanding of BIM workflows and processes.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Ability to manage technology resources and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Experience providing training and technical support to staff.

8. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to BIM.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
