What You’ll Be Doing :
Answering inbound calls and providing timely, professional assistance
Resolving customer concerns and inquiries efficiently and accurately
Logging interactions and ensuring proper follow-up
Identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience
Complying with company policies and procedures
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service
