Position : General Maintenance

Department : Facilities / General Services

The Maintenance Utility staff is responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure that the building, equipment, and premises are clean, safe, and in good working condition. This role supports the daily upkeep of the facility through general repairs, janitorial duties, and basic technical assistance.

Requirements

Male

High school diploma or GED.

Previous experience as a Utility Worker.

Ability to read and interpret written work orders.

Knowledge of mechanical landscaping equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
