The Role : Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Technical SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to our SEO department, which is responsible for identifying and implementing improvements that enhance website performance, crawlability, indexability, and overall organic visibility. You'll work closely with our SEO Director, SEO strategists, developers, and client success managers to execute scalable SEO solutions across multiple client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
• Monitor site health, identify crawl errors, and resolve indexing issues
• Implement structured data (Schema.org) and optimize site architecture for Local SEO
• Manage on-page SEO elements such as internal linking, redirects, canonical tags, and mobile usability
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO fixes and enhancements
• Analyze Core Web Vitals and implement performance improvements (e.g., speed, interactivity, visual stability)
• Optimize for local ranking factors including NAP consistency, local landing page performance, and map pack visibility
• Set up and manage SEO reporting dashboards and track technical KPIs
• Stay current on algorithm updates, technical SEO trends, and industry best practices
• Provide clear documentation and communicate recommendations to internal teams and clients
