Ads Specialist VA

Job Overview :

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Ads Specialist VA to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms , with a strong understanding of targeting strategies, conversion tracking, and budget optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Setup

Develop and execute ad strategies aligned with business goals.

Create, set up, and launch ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn , and others.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Ad Management & Optimization

Monitor ad performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize results.

Test and optimize ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs (A / B testing).

Reporting & Analysis

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for the team.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Pixel, Google Tag Manager , or similar tools.

Creative & Copy Coordination

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copy.

Ensure ad visuals and messages align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills :

Proven experience as an Ads Specialist, Media Buyer, or similar role .

Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads , and other ad platforms.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.

Knowledge of conversion tracking, retargeting, and remarketing strategies .

Familiarity with ad compliance policies on social media platforms.

Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop (a plus).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
