Job descriptionClosely collaborate with internal stakeholders especially the Senior Management Team in progressing opportunities Accurate forecasting of future business to support the successful delivery of all projects Build professional relationship with internal and external customers, ensuring sales opportunities are maximized and enhancing companys reputation as an advisor of choice Achieve sales targets supporting the strategic plan for growth Promote the companys products / services addressing or predicting clients objectives Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Plan, develop and oversee new marketing initiatives for lead generation Expand business in existing accounts and open new opportunities in greenfield accounts Represent the firm in conferences, industry events and other relevant meetings Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Assist in developing quotes and proposals for clients in compliance with company policies Developing goals for the business development team and business growth and ensuring they are met Train personnel and help team members in business development initiatives Share knowledge, give constructive feedback and coaching / mentoring to other team members Understand the wider offerings of the firm and gain a good understanding of broader sector / client trends, issues, needs, and potential applicability / relevance to services offered by the group

Qualifications :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar role (at least 7 years related relevant experience)>
- Team player with the ability to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams
- Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team / project / client goals
- Acts as role model for business development and lead generation
