Operations Assistant is requiring a four-year college degree in Business Operations

Management or any field related to operation. With at least 1 year work experience in

production operations. She / he performs a variety of tasks under a supervision of Operations

Head.

With good communications skills and computer literate.

Must be resourceful, good analytical skills, flexible and have strong personality.

Female, physically fit, not fat.

With experience using any accounting system.

Does not have plan going abroad.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Make Packing List and give to warehouse staff for preparation

2. Monitor order and stock

3. Make production schedule

4. Plan logistic schedule

5. Coordinate with production team leader

6. Close coordination with Operations Head from time to time

7. Filing of documents
