Location : Clark, Pampanga Start Date : September Compensation : Up to ₱27,000 / month Employment Type : Full-Time | On-site Job Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Wave 1 CSR team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support across various channels such as phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities : Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes. Qualifications : High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or higher education level.
