What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Listbuild : Use Sales Navigator, Boolean search, alumni pages, groups, and event attendees to identify U.S.-based international students (OPT / CPT / STEM-OPT, graduating classes, target majors).
- Personalized Outreach : Send connection requests and 1–3 follow-ups with persona-specific scripts (CS / DS, Business / Marketing, Design), never spammy.
- Qualify Quickly : Confirm location, graduation date, work-auth status, target roles, and urgency; capture consent to collect a resume or preferred contact (email / phone / WeChat).
- Book Consultations : Convert warm leads into scheduled consultations and hand off cleanly to Admissions / Sales with complete notes.
- Record & Report : Keep CRM fields complete (source, school, major, grad term, work auth, intent, contact).
- Report weekly on funnel metrics and insights.
- Stay Compliant : Operate within LinkedIn’s ToS and data privacy best practices.
What You Have
1–3+ years of LinkedIn-led outbound, social selling, admissions, or recruiting experience.
Strong written communication; can tailor a message in under a minute per prospect.
Familiar with OPT / CPT / STEM-OPT timelines and U.S. recruiting seasons.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot / Salesforce) and spreadsheet skills.
High integrity : respect platform ToS and privacy; never spam.
Nice to Have
Mandarin Chinese proficiency (many prospects are Chinese students).
Experience in education / recruiting or student services.
