Role Purpose
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) plays a key leadership role in managing day-to-day client
relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring alignment between client needs and
agency capabilities.
In a full-service setup, the SAM serves as the bridge between clients and the agency’s Creative,
Digital, Strategy, and Production teams, ensuring seamless integration across ATL, BTL, and
Digital campaigns.
They are responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, growing accounts, and driving revenue
while mentoring junior account executives.
