Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of various accounts, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers and account leads to understand staffing requirements and role specifications.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate assessments such as language proficiency tests (e.g., BuPLAS) and skills evaluations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and client-specific hiring standards.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO or shared services industry.
Strong understanding of BPO roles, hiring metrics, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
