Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator . This role contributes to the strategic direction and design of GHD’s enterprise Employee Service Centre and provides the technical authority to administer and develop the ServiceNow platform.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in but are not limited to :
- Administration : Configuring, Managing and Maintaining the GHD ServiceNow Platforms (Prod, Test, Dev)
- Security : Ensuring the GHD ServiceNow Platform is secure and updated to the latest security patches and ensure robust Identity and Access Management
- Performance Management : Monitoring and maintaining the Health and Performance of all Instances
- Governance : Working with Security, Compliance and Data teams to ensure GHD ServiceNow meets all internal and external policies and governance
- Project Support : Working within Project and Agile Development teams to deliver projects and solutions
- Incident Management : Using ITIL methodologies to manage Incidents and Operational Defects
- Integration Management : Configuring integration of ServiceNow with other applications and technologies, including Identity Management, SAP & Document Management systems
- Capacity Management : Ensuring the Platform is configured to meet future business needs through Optimization, Capacity Management and Continual Improvement
- Strategic Guidance : Providing guidance and advice in Architectural design and Roadmaps
- Training and Advocacy : Assist in Training and Education of ServiceNow and drive adoption
What you will bring to the team :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated experience to meet the key skills and competencies5+ years in ServiceNow, strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations backgroundDemonstrated background in Portal development with solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS skillsExperience in developing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to meet customer requirements end-to-endExperience integrating different platforms and business applicationsRelevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.A positive approach to Continual Improvement and Advocacy of ServiceNowWork schedule : Monday to Friday / 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm / Hybrid - GHD office 3 days a week
This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu office.
