Sales Associate

Responsibilities :

• Provides excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations and answers to customer queries.
• Maintain and grow the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement and regular communication with customers
• Meets monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products
• Process sales transactions.
• Maintain inventory and keeping of the sales floor organized, clean and comfortable.
• Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
