About the Job :
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to support the Sales and Customer Care teams in leveraging data to drive business performance and operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop scalable models and dashboards that enhance decision-making across the organization. You will also ensure data integrity and consistency, establish monitoring processes, and serve as a subject matter expert on KPIs, data management, and reporting standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex datasets into actionable insights, optimize business strategies, and help design automated, data-driven solutions that foster growth and process excellence.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex data functions.Strong expertise in Power BI , with solid knowledge of DAX and data visualization best practices.Experience in building Microsoft Power Apps and automations using Power Automate (preferred).Good understanding of SQL ; experience with Snowflake is an advantage.Proven ability to work with both structured and unstructured datasets and apply data-driven problem-solving techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted; updating / tailoring CV is highly recommended
