Project Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the project lead / project manager to manage and ensure successful completion of project(s) within the schedule time cost and quality.

• Assist the project lead / project manager to resolve contract related matters for project delivery and closure.

• Assist the project lead / project manager to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved methodologies and procedures.

• Maintain and manage project plans project schedules budgets and expenditures.

• Attend progress/ad-hoc meetings with client and contractors and manage progress updates to the client on weekly and monthly basis.

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and senior management.

• Ensuring project deadlines are met.

• Providing administrative support as needed.

• Undertaking project tasks as required.

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for the project.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor/masters degree in civil engineering from a recognized and reputable university.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or reclamation projects.

• Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills

• Proactive team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Self-motivated disciplined and resourceful.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Willing to accept project-based employment.

• Willing to be assigned in Manila.
