Scaffolder - 2 Yrs Experience - Stayin

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Scaffolder or similar role

Knowledge of different scaffolding systems and techniques

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures

Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials

Comfortable working at heights

Good communication and teamwork skills

Certification in scaffolding (preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities :

Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine scaffold layout

Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear

Ensure all scaffolding complies with safety regulations and standards

Work at heights and in various weather conditions

Coordinate with site managers and other construction workers

Maintain and store scaffolding equipment properly

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Secure scaffolding to buildings or structures using appropriate methods

Install guardrails, toe boards, and other safety features
