Overview of the Role
The Management Systems Associate plays a key role in creating, executing, and sustaining the organization's management systems, ensuring they align with globally accepted standards like ISO / IEC 27001 , ISO 9001 , ISO / IEC 27701 , and ISO 31000 .
This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with accreditation requirements while also supporting the organization's business objectives.
Main duties include :
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's Management Systems (any of the following : ISO / IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO3100, ISO 27701)
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of system activities.
- Identify and address issues during implementation; escalate concerns as needed.
- Assist in internal and external audits, including tracking audit timelines and deliverables.
- Drive process improvements and support certification efforts.
- Ensure internal controls align with policies and applicable standards.
- Collaborate across departments to integrate risk management practices.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs for new and existing team members.
- Create and maintain documentation required by relevant standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related fieldAt least two (2) years of relevant work experience related to ISO 9001, ISO / IEC 27001, or quality frameworksGood knowledge on Six sigma and Core toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and organization skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefits
