Sales & Marketing Executive

Job description

Sales Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound strategies (email, calls, social selling, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products / services.
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms).

Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow follower base.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital engagement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in sales and / or digital marketing (1–3 years preferred).

Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with graphic design tools.

Knowledge of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
