REQUIREMENTS:
•Can speak, read, and write Mandarin
•Open to High school Graduate and Bachelor Degree
•Conversational English communication
•With related work experience is advantage
•21-30 years old only

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Resolving concerns and related topics thru email and phone call
•Evaluate customer inquiries and provide feedback
•Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
