About Us :
We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in the health and wellness sector. We are heavily invested in scaling our brand on TikTok and are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and data-driven Junior TikTok Media Buyer to take ownership of our paid media efforts on the platform. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to be involved in every element of scaling our TikTok program, with a clear path to leading the media buying function.
The Role :
The Junior TikTok Media Buyer will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, management, and optimization of all paid advertising campaigns on TikTok, with a primary focus on driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for our TikTok Shop. You will play a critical role in translating creative strategy into profitable, scalable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management & Scaling : Execute, manage, and aggressively scale TikTok advertising campaigns, with a deep focus on GMV Max ads to maximize total channel ROI and sales on TikTok Shop.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization : Daily monitoring of ad performance, meticulously analyzing key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven optimizations for campaigns and ad sets.
- Creative Strategy Execution : Work closely with the creative team to implement a rigorous testing framework for various ad formats (UGC, product demos, lives, etc.), ensuring the successful deployment of high-performing creative assets.
- Affiliate Ecosystem Integration : Maintain a strong understanding of the wider TikTok Shop ecosystem, including Seller Central , Ads Manager , and the Affiliate Community , to ensure paid media strategies are aligned and fully leveraging affiliate-driven opportunities.
- Budget Management : Manage daily and lifetime media budgets efficiently to hit target return on investment (ROI) goals and support ambitious scaling plans.
- Strategy & Growth : Contribute to the overall TikTok growth strategy, staying current with platform updates, new ad products, policies, and competitor activity.
- Reporting : Prepare and present concise performance reports and actionable insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience :
Proven Experience : Demonstrated hands-on experience running and scaling e-commerce campaigns on TikTok, specifically with GMV Max ads .Platform Proficiency : Solid working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager , TikTok Shop Seller Center , and the Affiliate Ecosystem (Community, campaign creation, commission structures) .Creative Understanding : Strong foundational understanding of what constitutes a high-performing creative on TikTok and the ability to effectively communicate creative needs based on performance data.Analytical Skills : Highly analytical with the ability to turn complex data into clear, executable media buying decisions.Platform Diversity (A Bonus) : Experience running paid media on other platforms (e.g., Meta / Facebook / Instagram, Google, Pinterest, etc.) is a plus.Candidate Profile :
