• Proficiency in Customer Service and Team Management
• Experience in Business Development
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and strategize effectively
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Licensed Broker is a plus
