IT Director

Overview

The role oversees the IT department by hiring, training, and managing staff, assigning projects, and conducting performance evaluations. It leads the development, implementation, and security of IT systems, ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency. The position analyzes infrastructure performance, recommends improvements, and manages costs and productivity. It also handles vendor relations, coordinates multisite systems through ERP, ensures compliance with security protocols and audits, and enforces company policies on discipline and termination when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (master’s or MBA preferred), with at least 10 years of IT management experience. Must have strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills, with expertise in IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and business continuity. Proven ability in vendor management, system analysis, and effective communication is also required.
