Production Manager

Responsibilities :

Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.

Oversee the production process, ensuring quality standards, safety protocols, and cost efficiency are maintained.

Manage and supervise production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.

Coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and supplies.

Monitor production output and adjust schedules or resources as needed.

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering or a related technical field

7-10+ years of experience in a manufacturing / production leadership role

Strong background in non-woven, textile, polymer film, or technical materials is a must

Demonstrated success leading production teams in a scaling or fast-growing environment

Proficient in manufacturing metrics, lean methodologies, and structured problem-solving

Comfortable with data-driven decision making and hands-on floor management

Additional Notes :

This position will be working with material science and textile manufacturing company.

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
