This is a remote position.

About the Role

The

Recruitment Assistant   will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing top talent, shortlisting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining organised records of all hiring activities. You’ll also help develop and refine recruitment SOPs to streamline processes. This is a

90-day project-based role   with the potential to grow into a

long-term or full-time position   depending on performance and hiring volume.

Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through multiple platforms including

Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph , and other sourcing channels.

  • Shortlist candidates based on client requirements and role specifications.
  • Conduct initial screening calls / interviews to assess fit and gather key details.
  • Maintain an organised recruitment pipeline in the
  • ATS (Zoho Recruit) .

    Recruitment Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients.
  • Prepare recruitment reports summarizing candidate progress and hiring metrics.
  • Documentation & Onboarding Support

  • Assist with background checks, reference verification, and candidate documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating with the Client Success and Delivery teams.
  • Manage candidate files, folders, and naming conventions in
  • Google Drive   for consistency.

    SOP Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Help document and improve
  • recruitment processes, SOPs, and templates   for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Use
  • ClickUp ,

    ChatGPT , and

    Google Suite   to create and update workflows and forms.

  • Recommend automation or optimization opportunities in recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Requirements

    2+ years of experience   in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles.

  • Hands-on experience with
  • ATS tools (Zoho Recruit preferred) .

  • Familiarity with job boards and sourcing platforms like
  • LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and OnlineJobs.ph .

  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Proficient in
  • ClickUp, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Fathom .

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
