We are committed to teaching you the ropes. The 10-week Summer Analyst Program starts in mid-June with an in-depth education on the Analyst role’s fundamentals and the nuances of Citi’s culture. The program also includes on-the-desk training, an informative speaker series, and networking opportunities. Summer Analysts often return to Citi after graduating from university to become Full-Time Analysts and continue their career in technology.

Technology Infrastructure in Citi provides critical technical foundation to the firm and is responsible for delivering reliable IT solutions, scalable infrastructure services, and secure capabilities while creating a trusted customer experience and enabling Citi's workforce to be the best for our customers. From its position at the heart of the firm,
Technology Services is responsible for creating and maintaining the foundational infrastructure that underpins the Company's global operations. This includes physical facilities, network connectivity, computing resources, and data management. Additionally, the team develops and manages the essential tools and platforms that enable Citi employees to perform their roles efficiently across the globe.
You will be working on Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain physical infrastructure components, including data centers, server rooms, and associated hardware. Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of all technology infrastructure. Manage capacity planning and growth for computing and storage resources.
Network Operations: Oversee the design, deployment, and ongoing operation of global network connectivity. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize network efficiency and security. Manage network devices, protocols, and services.
Computing and Platform Management: Administer and support various operating systems (, Unix/Linux, Windows) and virtualization platforms. Manage cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) and related services, if applicable. Ensure proper configuration, patching, and security hardening of servers and computing environments.

We want to hear from you if...
We are in a hunt for trailblazers with a passion for technology and drive to make a difference.
To join this elite program, you should:
• Be graduating between Dec 2026 and July 2027.
• Pursuing bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degree.
• GPA of or better is preferred.
• You will not require sponsorship for work authorization now or anytime in the future
• You have an interest working in a high-tech global technology environment and have the basic understanding of technologies, including by not limited to programming languages (Linux, Python, C++, Java), application development, or basic concepts of relational databases.
• Be a problem solver who thrives on innovation and enjoys tackling challenges head-on.
• Possess a global outlook and a willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams.
• Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
