• Handle inbound and / or outbound calls related to telco services (mobile, internet, cable, or landline).
• Assist customers with billing concerns, plan upgrades, payments, and account updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step resolutions.
• Promote new telco products or services when applicable.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow call handling procedures and meet performance targets
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
