Job Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and / or outbound calls related to telco services (mobile, internet, cable, or landline).
- Assist customers with billing concerns, plan upgrades, payments, and account updates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step resolutions.
- Promote new telco products or services when applicable.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow call handling procedures and meet performance targets
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Qualifications :
At least Senior High School Graduate or College Undergraduate / Graduate.With excellent communication skills in English.Call center experience in a telco account is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.Tech-savvy and capable of handling basic troubleshooting steps.Amenable to work onsiteJoin us and don't miss this exciting opportunity!
