Multiple Roles Available | BPO | US Healthcare | Collections | Pharmacy Accounts

Available Roles :

  • US Healthcare Voice – CVS Aetna Med / CVS SSI US Pharmacy (Seasonal WFH)
  • Outbound Collections – Panthera / Pioneer Payment Solutions (Office-based)
  • Pharmacy Refill Support – CVS Specialty BV Refill Offshore
  • Healthcare Support Associate – Centene MP (US Healthcare)

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary Range : ₱19,000 – ₱25,000 (depending on role & experience)

Plus :

  • 20% Night Differential
  • ₱1,250 Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA)
  • HMO upon hire

    • Work Setup & Schedule :

    Work Location : Pasig – Ortigas (some roles are Temporary Work from Home)

    Schedule : Shifting or Day Shift (depending on the role)

    Seasonal contracts available (up to 5 months for selected accounts)

    Qualifications :

  • Communication : Good to Excellent English Skills

    • Experience :

  • At least 6 months BPO experience required
  • College Graduate acceptable if no BPO experience
  • Specific experience in outbound collections / sales preferred for related roles
  • HS or ALS Graduates accepted for some accounts

    Bulacan :

    Meycauayan, Marilao, SJDM, Plaridel, Hagonoy, Calumpit, San Rafael, Baliwag, Bocaue, Guiguinto, Dona Remedios

    Additional Requirements (For WFH roles) :

    Stable Internet : At least 35 Mbps

    Proof of Internet : Latest internet bill or SOA
