Job Summary :
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to handle inbound and / or outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product or service inquiries, billing questions, technical issues, or complaints.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software or internal systems.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures when handling different topics.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and service offerings.
Uphold company standards and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
