Job descriptionMaintains accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, collections, and inventory (e.g., route cards). Collects cash payments for delivered goods in accordance with company procedures and policies. Submits reports and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner. Plans and organizes delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Implements and adheres to procedures for counting, delivering, and pulling out products, trays, and trolleys. Ensures proper use, cleanliness, and regular maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle. Performs other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. College level / High School graduate / College graduate Must have at least a Professional Drivers License with restrictions 1 & 2 or A to B2 Preferably residing in or near ORMOC Basic Salary Sales Commission / Incentive program Meal, Transportation and Medicine Allowance HMO Life Insurance (upon hiring) Leave Credits Government Mandated Benefits
