Distributor Care Executive Senior Specialist

Responsible for providing end to end distributor servicing to AXA distributors using different communication channels such as AXA Angel and Live Chat :

• Provide sound advice to distributors in terms of fund switching for variable policies
• Address queries on policy, billing, payment
• Resolve and / or de-escalation of complaints
• Educate distributors in the different self-service tools of AXA
• Escalatereal-time issues for top call drivers that are out of the ordinary

Address distributor inquiries on transaction status & aftersales process

Processing of identified after sales transactions

Provides recommendations and solutions to complicated scenarios

Take escalated calls for ownership and resolution of soft complaints

Any 4-year course; preferably a Business Degree
